This event has capacity for 250 kids on the playing field. There will be 10 ex and current professionals on the field at several stations. From hitting to fielding to running bases, the professionals on the field will work with the athletes to provide information they can take back to their own practices.

The kids will be split into groups of kids that around their same age range. Some gloves will be provided at the event for kids to use, but the athletes should bring their own equipment to use during the event.

All kids in attendance will receive a poster from the event, in which, ,they will have an opportunity at the end of the event to get autographs from each professional on the field. We will keep the number of items to autograph to a minimum of 2, so all kids in attendance (even those not on the field practicing) will get in to get an autograph.

Parking will be free to families and we will post more on the details of where and when to show up to the facility. Food and beverage are not provided (potentially a vendor may be on site), but plenty of water is available for the athletes at any point during the event.

Athletes from all across North Texas come to the event, however, the surrounding cities of Dallas and Fort Worth have the most representation. Adults are not permitted on the field, unless we have some children that require special needs.
